Get started with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies

It can be rather hard to know where to start, when you engage for the first time with cryptocurrencies.

How do I buy Bitcoin?

How do I trade?

Are my cryptocurrencies safe?

These could be some of the questions you might be asking yourself, we will try to come across all of the basics when you start your crypto journey right here.

Down below we have listed our Step By Step Guide.

Step 1:

Start by finding an Exchange, a place where you can trade.

You will be able to purchase other cryptocurrencies, with your bitcoins right here.

Pick an Exchange where you want to start trading on, we recommend the following, which are easy to navigate and trade on.

We have made a beginner guide for both sites, this will introduce you to everything you need to know as a beginner.

Step 2:

Buy Bitcoins, we recommend the following sites.

We have also made a guide to these sites; these guides will show you how to buy Bitcoins directly with Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Coinbase Guide

Kraken Guide

After you have bought you Bitcoins, you can transfer your money to an Exchange or store them offline. We will tell you have to store them offline in step 3, if you want to keep them on an Exchange, see our guide to PoloniexBittrex or Binance.

If you wish to buy other cryptocurrencies with your Bitcoins, see our guide to PoloniexBittrex or Binance.

Step 3:

Protect your cryptocurrencies!

We recommend that you look at our selection of hardware wallets, you can use ex. Ledger Nano S or Trezor as your hardware wallet.

Hardware wallet is a good and secure way to store your cryptocurrencies ‘’offline’’, in that way you are safe from hackers, hacking into your account on an exchange.

If you get hacked and all your assets are transferred away, there is no way of getting them back.

In the cryptoworld there is no security instances, you make and secure your own assets.

Therefor we always advise to invest in a hardware wallet.

You can find our guides on how to setup your Ledger Nano S or Trezor right here.

Step 4:

Now you got into the cryptoworld, but you still have a lot to learn, therefor we recommend taking a look at our guides and tools.

Here is what you can find in our guides and tools.
